A hand drawn and coloured survey of Wybellinna situated at Little Swan Port on the East Coast of Tasmania. Surveyed by H. R. Giffney and dated July 15, 1840, the plan shows a 500 acre grant to Samuel Lapham and John Walker. Samuel Lapham was appointed Assistant Superintendent of convicts at Darlington, Maria Island in 1842 where he was subsequently dismissed for leniency towards Irish country man William Smith O'Brien.

“Wybellinna signifies White-mans Hut” is noted under the title of the plan.
